Who we are
This website is run by Speedster&Co Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17508869). We are responsible for any personal details you share with us here.
What we collect
When you take our guest survey, we collect your name and your answers, and your email address only if you choose to give it. When you send an expression of interest, we collect your hotel name, your name, role and email, and your phone number only if you give it.
Why we collect it
We use survey answers to run our research and shape the Speedster & Co experience. We use contact details only to respond to your enquiry, or to email people who have opted in to news and the launch discount.
We never sell or share your data
We will never sell, rent or pass your details to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for no more than two years after our last contact. Survey answers are kept for our research; contact details left with a survey are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing jamie@speedsterandco.com. We will act on your request promptly.
